Easter

Coloring eggs, April 9th.
We had early church, so we made them get all ready before they could come down and see what the Easter bunny brought. At our house, the Easter bunny leaves a trail of jelly beans from their door down to their Easter Baskets, and then hides Jelly Beans for them to find in the house. Outside he takes the eggs they colored and hides them.

Liv got a puzzle some lil cereals, candy, and soft fake flower.

Eva got a Hello Kitty Game, Ariel gum, candy, lil cereals, sunglasses, and a soft flower.

Isabel got a Hannah Montana game, Hannah montana gum, candy, lil cereals, sunglasses, and a soft flower.

Liv in Eva's glasses.

Eva, and the glasses. Notice how she is holding her dress.

Rock star Bella. Look at the way she is posing, you'd think she was 15.
We had a great Easter. We had everyone in my family over and made the traditional ham and sides.

Zoo - April 10

The souveniers they bought in the gift shop. Bella and Eva used their own money. Bella bought a name plate thing, that flashes her name. Eva bought a light up toy that makes a elephant noise. I bought one for Liv.

Looking for souviners in the gift shop.

My little hatchlings.

Bella taking good care of Livey at the Zoo playground.

The Zoo train!

Funny Bella!

Coy Eva.

Seriously, you can't go to Hogle Zoo without the picture in front of the lion drinking fountain.

Our friends the Eubanks, Dade, Ellie, and Millie.

The only Picture we got with an animal, that day.

We went to get a snack, and this is what Bella and Eva were doing with their snack. Eva is pretending she is an animal in a "fenced" area, and Isabel is feeding her.

Abuelitos farwell, back to the mission

Josh's parents, and the girls the night before they went back to their mission. We are currently living in their home. They truly are such good and gracious people.

Nicco's wedding - Josh's nephew

Josh's Nephew was married at the end of March. He choose a SUPER fabulous girl, Nicole. She is sharp, but kind, and can keep up with Niccos Family (no small feat). It would have been a wonderful event anyway, but it was made really special because Josh's parents was able to take a leave from their mission to attend the wedding, and his dad was able to seal his first grandchild. How cool is that. On top of, they asked our girls to be the "flower girls" at a ring ceremony. The girls were on cloud nine, you'd think THEY were getting married they were so happy.

Walking down the aisle. Eva held the ring, and Bella dropped flower petals. I thought I was watching well, but later someone said Isabel had to keep pulling Eva, because she was nervous. Big sisters, what do you say?

Eva does this thumbs up thing to show she is ready for whatever. Stinking cute!

They LOVE their cousin Rachel, she is so sweet with them, and they love her attention. If only she could stay this age, we are already lucky if we get any of her time. She is a busy teenager!

The colors of the wedding were black and white, and gold, I didn't want to buy a new dress (who am I kidding- I'm always up for buying girl clothing, but I didn't want to spend a whole bunch for something so specific), so I just took their white dresses, used "gold" tulle, as sashes and added black hair flowers we already had, -bingo- color perfect for the wedding, under $3 for the investment.

Preschool picture day - March

Eva wanted her hair 'long' for picture day, which means she wanted it straightened, I actually cut it a few weeks later; but I am glad she had her pictures done with long hair.

Olivia and the toilet paper

Olivia loves to play with the toilet paper, and this is what she does.

Eva sick sleep

Eva was so sick in Feb, and she didn't go to school, she sat up to the counter and fell asleep. You know she's sick when durning the day she fell asleep.

Livey's and Elle's Birthday party

So my niece Elle and Olivia were born just a few weeks apart, so we decided to celebrate their birthdays together, at a between point of both birthdays. My sister bought the birthday girls some birthday crowns and tutus. So cute.

Grandma and Liv.

Jord and Elle.

The crowd!

Valentines, and lIvey's Birthday

So we adopted a tradition of going out for breakfast, to celebrate birthdays; because we NEVER go out for breakfast, we thought it would make it special. Since Josh was in school for Livey's actual birthday we did it the day after which was Valentines day. Poor liv was SOO sick, the month of Febuary she was sick for 3/4ths of it. You can see her from her face she doesn't feel good.
Then Josh took the big girls on a date to go see the play beauty and beast, and then they came home and I had made a valentines dinner. I had 'pink' breadsticks, Pink mashed potatoes, red beets, 'red' meatloaf, and chocolate covered strawberries. (I dyed the potatoes and breadsticks with beet juice, it worked really good and you could taste it.)

Snowman - Jan

Eva came home from school desperate to make a snowman, she had been asking for a few days, so we finally went out to make a snowman. It was NOT snowman snow, it was really hard to work with, this was the best we could do. Eva's friend Abby came to help.

Bella @ dance - Jan

Beautiful ballerina!

Sleeping Beauty, a series - Jan,
